Term 1 Week 7 Lesson
WEDNESDAY:Our class had already finished The Merchant of Venice and started a new story called Romeo & Juliet. Firstly, Mr Chua gave a worksheet called Character Traits. Then, Mr Chua divided us equally. Index number 1-10 is Romeo, 11-20 is Juliet, 21-32 is Tybalt and last but not least index number 33-42 is Lord Capulet. My character is Juliet because my index number is 16. ;D
Next, Mr Chua showed us a short clip that is similar to the one in our clip. The clip is about Lord Capulet having a party and when Romeo and Juliet met each other. Our task is to complete the worksheet while watching the video. There's a part when Romeo and Juliet kiss. Haha. Everyone laugh even Mr Chua. After the video had finished, the bell rang and we do not have time to go through the worksheet Mr Chua gave us. I really think that the video Mr Chua showed us make me understand more about the scene.
FRIDAY:
First things first. My Chua entered our class and ask us to get into our Bravo formation. Everyone moved into their formation. Next, he ask us to sit into our groups. Romeo, Juliet, Tybalt and Lord Capulet. I sat beside Sabrina. Mr Chua showed the class a standard mind-map made by the pupils since we are going to do a mind-map in pairs. My partner is Sabrina since she is sitted beside me. I was very impressed when i first saw the mind-map made by the pupils. It was done beautifully.
The mind-map that Sabrina and I going to do is about Juliet. We are supposed to plan then make a mind-map and decorate it. This is due on Friday which is on 26th February 2010. Next, Mr Chua gave a letter for our parents to sign. It is about our Learning Log. I got 56%. We got back our friendship card! Mr Chua gave out the cards that we made for our ultimate best friend the previous lesson. He then had supplied an envelope and stamp for each of us. Thank you Mr Chua! Only left about 3mins till the bell ring.
After given out the envelope we are supposed to write out the adress that we want to post the letter to. I wanted to post to Insyira but ... i forgot her adress. Haha. So, I just post the card to Sabrina. Sabrina was very happy because she will get 2 letters. One from Ramona and myself. We queue up infront to get our stamps and paste it on our envelope. Eventually, the bell rang and it;s time for our recess but we cant go for our recess until we had finished pasting the stamps. Everyone quickly paste the stamp and went off. Im done! So, i went out of the class for my recess.
